Write about your first name: its meaning, significance, etymology, etc. Charles comes from Old English “ceorl” which means “free man” as opposed to slave “thew” or nobleman “eorl”. It’s also the French version of the German name Karl. I always went by Charlie or Chuck though.

Can you share a positive example of where you’ve felt loved? Long hugs.

What snack would you eat right now? Six low fat triscuits and hummus.

Think back on your most memorable road trip. I drove to Asheville, NC. Stopped in Roanoke, VA for the night on the way there. Made the whole trip home on the way back.

Describe an item you were incredibly attached to as a youth. What became of it? My baby blanket, which my siblings and I all had at one point. It was white with sheep on it and had pastel ruffles around the edges. I actually still have what’s left of it. It’s stringy and gray.
